DELIVERY POLICY

 

Adults Only Supplies orders are dispatched in plain non branded boxes or envelopes with no indication as to their contents and the discreet return address of TnT Megasol UK, 144 Botchergate, Carlisle. Stock permitting, orders placed between Monday and Saturday will normally be dispatched that day, orders placed outside of office hours (9 am - 5.30 pm) will normaly be processed the next working day. Adults Only Supplies operate a back order system with our suppliers to ensure items are available in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we are unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, Adults Only Supplies will contact the customer and offer the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made. Adults Only Supplies will usually be able to notify you within 48 hours on the status of your order. No contract will commence between you the customer and Adults Only Supplies until Adults Only Supplies accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your goods.

 

Adults Only Supplies goods are dispatched from our premises here in Carlisle, United Kingdom using either Royal Mail or Fedex depending on the size of the order. Some products sold by Adults Only Supplies are imported from overseas and in the unlikely event that they are not in stock may take up to 28 days for delivery to be completed. Any product with an estimated delivery time outside of Adults Only Supplies standard delivery policy and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.

 

For goods delivered within the UK the following postage charges apply :

 

Orders less than £50.00, will be charged £3.50 postage and packing per order (Mainland UK only).

Orders over £50.00 will be delivered free of charge.(Mainland UK only)

Re issue of orders returned to Adults Only Supplies as unclaimed will be charged at £6.95 per order.

 

All packages require a signature, regardless of size.Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days in the United Kingdom and up to 10 working days elsewhere. Please allow 15 working days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

 

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to sales@adultsonlysupplies.com within 3 days of the delivery date. Adults Only Supplies can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our 'Delivery and Returns' page.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

 

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a full refund of the cost of the item(s) returned, provided that you return them to us within 7 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

 

All goods are dispatched from our premises at Adults Only Supplies and we inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure that the goods you receive are of the highest quality. Should customers in the unlikely event receive their goods in a damaged condition, a full refund will be issued upon return of the goods.

 

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this request has not been adhered to.

 

Please note: Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons all footwear, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils, body stockings, stockings, tights, wigs, any item that is insertable into the body and lingerie (if the tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described.

Items supplied in heat sealed packaging that have been opened, will be deemed non refundable and non exchangeable.

 

It is advised that products that require batteries are tested before use.

 

Any items returned without original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

 

If you buy on a buy three get one free promotion, or any discounted multiple offer, individual items cannot be returned for refund, you will need to send back all the qualifying items.

 

All returns must have a returns number and a completed returns form. Customers can obtain a returns number and form by emailing us at sales@adultsonlysupplies.com and the form must be fully completed. Forms not fully completed will delay any possible refund.

 

If you return goods, Adults Only Supplies strongly recommended that customers use Recorded Delivery when returning goods and always retain proof of posting for your records. Proof of posting can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Adults Only Supplies cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.

 

Upon receipt of your returned order Adults Only Supplies will endeavour to issue a full refund for the goods returned within 7 days, providing all the above conditions have been met. If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7 day period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned for exchange or gift vouchers must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for 28 days from the date of dispatch and is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. Item(s) where free postage and packaging was applied will be refunded minus postal costs.
